This Stauning Rye + Kaos Gift Pack invites you to explore the essence of Danish whisky craftsmanship. Made with 100% locally sourced, floor-malted rye and barley, Stauning Rye is distilled in small direct-fired pot stills and aged 3-5 years in heavily charred new American oak barrels. The result? A whisky bursting with bold spice, rich sweetness, and layered complexity, all influenced by Denmark’s cool, maritime climate. This special pack includes a bonus 50ml bottle of Stauning Kaos Triple Malt, the perfect way to elevate any whisky lover's collection!
Dark amber
The aroma opens with the smell of fresh baked rye bread with melted butter, then proceeds to warm up with black pepper, menthol, and a dash of dark fruits.
Surprisingly, the palate leads with fruit — berries and lemon oil — before notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and toasted oak rise up.
The finish is long and warm with a spicy pecan praline things going on.
